We are excited to announce the release of SNAP 13.0, a major update bringing new capabilities, improved stability, and broader mission support.
 
Highlights

  • Naive-Bayes Classifier – a new, lightweight supervised classification algorithm.
  • New Spectral Indices – expanded library for optical workflows.
  • LERC compression in GDAL – improved raster storage efficiency without compromising data quality.

  1. Hey, congrats on the release.

    Unfortunately I found a major issue. The zipped Sentinel-3 products from EUMETSAT are not correctly read anymore.

    The image shows the result in SNAP 12 on the left, and on the right the result in SNAP 13.

    UPDATE:
    Also the extracted directories can’t be opened.

    Not the upper directory and not the inner.

  3. Hi, @diana_harosa I’m happy seeing the announcement but I found a problem with the interferometry steps.

    In the coregistration Process step (With and without ESD, I tried both several times) I choose the middle swath, but I always get the same results, the software process the first swath. A colleague tried the same getting the same results, I hope you can fix it soon.
