For a short introduction of how to install the standalone version of Sen2Cor, read the installation steps described in section 4 of the release note <a href=\"http:\/\/step.esa.int\/thirdparties\/sen2cor\/2.5.5\/docs\/S2-PDGS-MPC-L2A-SRN-V2.5.5.pdf\">S2-PDGS-MPC-L2A-SRN-V2.5.5.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sen2Cor v2.5.5 uses as auxiliary files, the surfaces of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa-landcover-cci.org\/\">Climate Change Initiative (CCI) Land Cover<\/a> data from 2015. This auxiliary data information is used in Sen2Cor to improve the accuracy of Sen2Cor classification over water, urban and bare areas and also to have a better handling of false detection of snow pixels.
